Here are some important points regarding teachers / Educators seniority which are very important for every educator / teacher EST, PST, HM, SST AND ESE. These factors are age, date of regular.

[ *سنیارٹی سے متعلقہ چند انتہائی اھم امور*]

[ *1* ] ان سروس پروموشن میں ایک تحصیل سے دوسری تحصیل میں ٹرانسفر کی صورت میں سنیارٹی *Loose* نہیں ھوتی-

[ *2* ] کسی دوسرے ضلع میں ٹرانسفر کی صورت میں *PST اور EST* کی سنیارٹی Loose ھو جاتی ھے اور وہ Next ضلع میں تمام ریگولر ٹیچرز سے جونئیر شمار ھوتے ھیں لیکن چونکہ *SST یا SS یا HM* کی Next سکیل میں پروموشن صوبائی سطح پر ھوتی ھے لہذا دوسرے ضلع میں ٹرانسفر کی صورت میں ان کی سنیارٹی Loose نہیں ھوتی ھے-

[ *3* ] سی ایم پیکج پروموشن کے تحت *PST/EST/SST* کی کسی بھی دوسرے ضلع میں ٹرانسفر کی صورت میں سنیارٹی Loose ھو جاتی تھی نیز دوسری تحصیل میں ٹرانسفر کی صورت میں *PST/ESE* کی سنیارٹی بھی *Loose* ھوتی تھی-

[ *4* ] بوائز سے گرلز سکول میں یا گرلز سے بوائز سکول میں اپنی مرضی سے ٹرانسفر کی صورت میں بھی سنیارٹی *Loose* ھو جاتی ھے لیکن اگر ڈیپارٹمنٹ ضرورت کے مطابق خود اپنی مرضی سے شفٹ یا ایڈجسٹ کرے تو سنیارٹی *Loose* نہیں ھوتی ھے ؛ تاھم شفٹنگ آرڈرز میں سنیارٹی *Intact* رھنے کا ذکر ھونا بہت ضروری ھے- 

[ *5* ] *ریگولر ایجوکیٹرز کی آپس میں سنیارٹی کا طریقہ کار یہ ھوتا ھے* ؛

{ *الف* } کنٹریکٹ سروسں شمار نہ ھونے کی وجہ سے سب سے پہلے ایجوکیٹرز کی *ریگولر ھونے کی Date* کو دیکھا جاتا ھے یعنی متعلقہ ایجوکیٹرکی ریگولر تاریخ سے ایک دن پہلے تک سروس کرنے والے تمام ٹیچرز بھی ان نئے ریگولر ایجوکیٹرز سے سینئر ہی رہتے ھیں-

{ *ب* }  ریگولر تاریخ *SAME* ھونے کی صورت میں دوسرے *Step* پر ان کی  متعلقہ پوسٹ پر جائننگ تاریخ کو دیکھا جاتا ھے اور پہلے جائننگ کرنے والا سینئر ھوتا ھے-

{ *ج* } اگر جائننگ تاریخ بھی *SAME* ھو جائے تو پھر تیسرے مرحلے میں

کو دیکھا جاتا ھے اور *Age* میں سینئرٹیچر کو ھی سینئر شمار کیا جاتا ھے-
