Here is the announcement about the supplementary examination (old scheme and the new scheme) of Punjab Medical Faculty and new pattern admission form available here you can download it directly from here because old form is no more accepted

Supplementary examinations (old scheme and the new scheme) are launched on Saturday, September 17, 2016.

• Regular admission fees preacher Published June 30, 2016 filing with Rs 2,000.
• Entry form is submitted kruanyky Published 05 July 2016 with late fee of Rs. 2500 single preacher.
• Admission fee is 12 July 2016 Deadline for submission with double late fee of Rs 4,000 preacher.

Note.  After 12 July 2016, there will be no admission charge.
