Transfer Procedure for the Teachers of Punjab

First of all obtain 3 forms.

Entered your personal information on the First Form and after that your employee information means date of joining present School, promotion, date of joining, scale etc in case of mutual transfer enter the information of the other teacher.

 In the second form you have 40 marks for Academic record. In which previous 3 Years 5th, 8th, 10th, 12th results   attested photocopies attached. The score of these classes “ mean score & Subject mean Score” and write school name with EMIS code and after that write the obtain marks and average marks.

In third form Seniority have 10 marks, wedlock basic has 15 marks compassionate ground 15 marks, Service in Far Flung has 20 Marks.

Disability Hurdling Mobility. Widow or Divorced so. Compassionate Ground of have 15 marks and disable spouse also has 10 marks after that gives the list of schools with code.

Service Certificate

Distance Certificate

No objection Certificate

Date of Joing Report

No Inquery Certificate.

Vacancy Postion Certificate

ID Card
